LOUISVILLE, COLORADO

Carter | Nordhaven

Carter | Nordhaven is a modern family home shaped by calm clarity, warm materials, and a strong sense of place. Designed in close collaboration with our clients, we set out to create a home that feels grounded, intentional, and uniquely theirs.

What emerged is a home that stands apart from the expected. It is distinct but not loud, refined yet approachable. The form is quiet and confident, characterized by clean lines, a restrained palette, and spaces that unfold with ease.  Drawing on Scandinavian and Japanese design influences, the modern cabin home reflects a shared appreciation for simplicity, light, and livability. It is a true reflection of the family that calls it home.
